For many people, floating is unlike anything they've experienced before.
Our open float pool is filled with over 500kg of Epsom salts, creating enough buoyancy for your body to float effortlessly on the surface. The water is maintained at skin temperature, gradually removing the sensation of where your body ends and the water begins, allowing both body and mind to completely let go.
Unlike traditional float tanks, our spacious pool is open, private and free from enclosed lids. You control the lighting, move at your own pace, and settle into a quiet environment designed to help you disconnect from the outside world.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. It often takes the first 10 to 15 minutes for the mind to slow down, but once it does, the absence of external stimulation allows your nervous system a rare opportunity to simply rest. With nowhere to be and nothing to respond to, many guests experience a profound sense of calm that's difficult to find in everyday life.

Infrared sauna offers a different experience to a traditional sauna. Rather than heating the air around you, infrared technology gently warms your body directly, creating a comfortable, deeply relaxing heat that works from within.
Our full-spectrum infrared sauna combines near, mid and far infrared wavelengths to help support circulation, ease muscle and joint tension, and encourage post-exercise recovery. The cabin is maintained at a comfortable 50–60°C, making it easier to enjoy the therapeutic benefits without the intense heat of a conventional sauna.
Each 25-minute session takes place in your own private room, giving you uninterrupted time to slow down, recharge and reconnect.

Every massage at being is personalised to how you're feeling on the day. Whether you're looking to ease muscular tension, support recovery after training, or simply slow down and unwind, your treatment is shaped around your needs.
Choose from 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions, with sports, deep tissue and relaxation massage available. Before your treatment begins, your therapist will take the time to understand your goals, adjusting the pressure, techniques and focus areas to create a massage that's right for you.
What makes the experience different is the environment. Rather than being tucked away in a salon, our treatment rooms sit alongside the float pool and infrared sauna within a space designed entirely around recovery and wellbeing.
For the ultimate experience, we recommend floating before your massage. As your body naturally releases tension during the float, muscles become more relaxed, allowing your therapist to work more effectively and comfortably into the areas that need it most.
